About Melanie Eyre

I have litigated complex civil cases for over twenty-five years in state and federal courts around the country. My experience in civil matters includes personal injury, products liability, insurance defense, and commercial/business matters. I also have represented clients in family law cases involving issues of divorce, custody, and child support, and assisted clients with wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning needs.

I bring my extensive litigation experience to my work as a litigator and as a mediator and arbitrator. I am certified with the Georgia Commission of Dispute Resolution as a civil arbitrator and a mediator of general civil litigation and domestic relations cases.

I look forward to assisting you with your case.
